What does that mean, exactly?
I'm glad you asked.
I want you to love the skin you're in. Right now. Yep. That body right there. All parts of it, so that you can use all of that energy which you've spent focused on all the parts of your body, or your life, that you hate - and start spending it on things you love.
Hula-hooping. Dancing. Eating. Laying on the floor. Climbing trees. Climbing mountains. Taking a bath. Walking. Taking the stairs. Reading a book. Writing a book. Jumping. Throwing a frisbee. Gazing in the mirror. Salsa dancing. Making homemade salsa. Meditating. Walking the dog. Chasing the kids. Chasing the honey. Swimming. Sewing. Gardening. Praying. Rollerskating. Surfing. Cooking. Laughing. Singing...
And how do we do this?
By beginning with how you eat. Starting by adding in clean, whole foods. Trying new things. Staying open. Becoming curious.
Clearing out the junk, so there is space to talk about what else may be going on. Bringing in clarity so there is a desire to know Why have I continued down this path for so long? What have I been missing? What am I really craving?
And then you talk about that. And I listen.
Then you take action.
Because once you know, you can't un-know. And together we'll come up with a plan so you can find your way back to loving your food. Loving your body. Loving your life.
